No, they aren't supposed to be hydrolics, they're simply tools used to help stabalize the vehicle when in motion. People who complain about it wanting to fall over at the push of a hat dont really use these tools properly
The music isn't odd. It's just your typical grade V march. That was a live preformance from about two years ago in the spring. The acoustics suck, but you can only ask for soo much in a recording inside of a hotel ballroom.
H2V will only have good modding tools if they give us as close to the origional copy of the toolset as possible. It will make all the people who think they can make an awesome map in two minutes cry and all the newbies will fuss since it's too hard for them, but everyone has to realize that it's not something that can imediately be learned. It's taken the CE community two years just to get this far and we're finally beginning to see the limits on what Halo 1 can do. With specialized techniques though, we're learning we can push it even further.
Yeah, FileFront is free and you can host files up to a GB or spend 10 hours uploading it.
Yes, H2V will pwn H2Xb. And CMT only has MP plans for the moment on H2V. We must first learn the updated system and see what new scripting stuff is able to be done. Assuming they give us scripting access from the start instead of having us to hack it out (nothing many people knows about, this thing I'm talking about is only in the hands of a few people), you will see good SP content very soon from the start. I can tell you that there is a rather large completely custom SP campaign in the works outside of, yet somewhat in conjunction with CMT. It's currently in pre-production and will probably move into the actual production of content within a few weeks.
The amount of space on your hard drive has nothing to do with its speed. The only exception is if you completely fill up your hard drive and push your page file to its very limits. Downloading a 25 MB video will in no way make your computer slow. If your computer is slow, it's because you either have low quality hardware, too many tasks for your processor to handle (possibly from spyware), or your computer is setup to give only one active task a high priority with all others at a lower one.
The point of hosting the origional file was for it to be a better quality and you could watch it as many times as you want.
