I was thinking about the way that Halo 3 could look in game.
And I was recently Playing Perfect Dark Zero.
And one of the many problems with PDZ was the bad motion blur shaders.
When I look at these games. Motion Blur is very tasking on the GPU, and it doesn't look good (In my opinion). I personally think that Motion blur in FPS games don't fair well.
I was wondering if players would like to see Motion Blur in Halo 3, or would they rather have some other shaders spent on effects such as Sub Surface Scattering, or Dynamic Normal Map Shadows.
