Depends. Sometimes pr0n helps. I also take melatonin, but 9/10 I am still tired when I wake up because of it. If that doesn't help I play some Halo with all the lights on, as soon as I am done I go to my bedroom and try to sleep. I also tend to sleep with a low humming noise in the background, one that can be found from either a floor fan or a humidifier, both relatively cheap and easy to come about.
