I got to thinking...
Being that Halloween is right around the corner, I started thinking about the movie Halloween 3. You know the one where the witch dude puts small pieces of some rock into his halloween masks. I won't go into it too much but if you saw the movie you know what I'm talking about.
I couldn't help seeing a similarity between the masks and Halo 2. On one side you have this sick dude using mass marketing and his product to kill all these kids. On the other you have Frankie and his propaganda machine hyping Halo 2. Tie in the New Bungie Store and the inescapable ad campaign that will start any time now, and it is plain to see Bungie's plan of world domination as it unfolds.
I will be even more concerned when I go at midnight to get my copy and they are handing out t-shirts with Bungie buttons or big embroidered patches with Frankie's shining melon grinning at me. For sure these things will contain a microchip or some magic trinket that will undoubtedly be activated by the mere insertion and bootup of Halo 2.
The question that remains is this: What are they up to? Do they want all manner of vile insect/reptilian filth to spew from our adrenaline charged bodies as the trademark 'Loading' screen triggers whatever device they have imbedded? Is this some kind of psyops plot to take over our minds making us automatons for their evil deeds? Maybe...
You must now ask yourself a question...
How many 'more days til Halo 2, Halo 2 Halo 2?'.....
Maybe I'm just over thinking this one.
