Lets see, Pay it forward was a gooder, but I didn't cry. I cried during "A walk to remember" and I am sure a few others. I just can't remember.

The Passion was incredibly moving, The Sixth Sense in the end, and The Pianist was beautiful in execution, and also very emotionally powerful to me. Saving Private Ryan was also a very hard one to watch without shedding a tear. excellent respresentation of WWII. the music was also excellent.

You know, Hollywood movies (with a few questionable exceptions) are never truly sad. I challenge people to find one *really* sad movie that's come out of Hollywood. And by sad, I mean a movie that ends with a downer and leaves you sadder than when you began watching.

In general, people don't like to go into a movie theater and walk out depressed and discouraged. Those movies just don't appeal to the masses. This is why even the saddest of Hollywood movies always have some sort of uplifting or hope-inspiring ending.

So again, if anyone has an example of a Hollywood movie that's genuinely depressing at the end (remember, independent and foreign films don't count), I'd love to see it!

Titanic.

Only because the -blam!- dident let him on the floating door.

I was laughing and cheering at that part. As were 95% of the other men in the massive theater (500 people).

Watch Ladder 49.

You really ARE sad after that. Even after attempts to cheer you up.

i dunno, but i mean a TON of ppl were crucified not just him...and many MANY ppl have been tortured much worse than Jesus...not that im saying it would be enjoyable for him, but im sure there have been ppl with worse fates...whoops im getting borderline religious

WRONG! Jesus suffered more at the Garden of Gethsemanene than at the crucifixion and the scourging combined. He suffered for our sins and felt all the sins committed and going to be committed that night. So no one else could have suffered more than He did.

With B.B. gone, the passion of Bungie.net has lessened.

The ending of the movie, Blow, was quite sad, as well. Poor guy... just got -blam!--on all his life. All he wanted to do was be with his daughter.
