Man, this "problem" has a tremendously simple solution, I can't believe you guys can't see it.
First, in Halo 2, if you stick a teammate, or kill them with a headshot, snipe, etc., it doesn't give you a kill, it gives you a betrayal. Why would that change in Halo 3?
Realizing this, why wouldn't the game "turn off" the players ability to earn acheivements in games which they register a betrayal or suicide?
Jeezus guys, don't create problems that have no business existing.
