Yeah. Looks like the Lone Heretic has blacklisted Tartan 777 from the Tartan IIs. He deserved it in my opinion.
I didn't want to do it. I don't hand out blacklists like food at a relief effort like some of the Moderators here. I thought about it, and decided to.

Yeah. I probably would have given him about 3 days. Probably not a full week though.

BACK ON TOPIC: I don't think they should be separated. I like them how they are.

Rofl.. i don't really care... i might even change my name again! GASP!! i've had 3 names now and been around these forums since halo came out.... i don't give a damn if i got blacklisted and hey guess what? i didn't even know lone heretic was a member of the tartan II's, that shows you how much i actually paid attention to the groups... the only group i even partly care about is GFX media masters. I REALLY hope you really don't think that i really give a damn... these forums are beginning to get annoying anyway, everyone keeps repeating posts that have been posted 1000 times before, and seem to think that they're the first ones to post it. seriously lone heretic, i'm guessing you're only 10 or 12 anyway, but grow up.

I will end it after three days. Didn't want to go through the hassel of specifying the exact time and date.

Nineteen actually, I have also been nothing but mature.

On Topic: I still say that seperate Campaigns are a bad idea. Does anyone have an idea as to how Bungie may do this? I'm thinking they will go Halo 2 style.

I think we should have been able to play as half jaw instead of the arbitor because he way more badass( read the graphic novel if you dont believe me) but I still whink it should be the masterchief game and no other payable characters.

I will not allow the members of my groups to disgrace the groups of which they reside. I want the members of my groups to set an example for the rest of this wretched forum.

On Topic: I have formulated a solution.

Halo 3's mission scheme would be identical to Halo 2's but with a twist.

At first, there would be a large cinematic explaining various things, getting us up to speed without having to replay Halo or Halo 2. In the unlikely event that more Spartans choose to rear their ugly head, this would be the place to introduce them. Perhaps including a few flashbacks with the others.

After said cinematic, the first level would go two ways depending on more Spartans or not. First, more Spartans: A 'flashback' level. You are back with the others doing something from the books, like infiltrating the rebel base before the Spartans have MJOLNIR armor (I refuse to go into detail, that would spoil it for those who haven't read them). Second, no Spartans: The first level would begin with Chief on the Forerunner ship, perhaps sabotaging it's journey to Earth. This would also keep true to the trend of the Halo games starting on a ship, for those that care.

After said first level, another cinematic explaining even more things. After aforementioned cinematic, an Arbiter level would ensue, perhaps fighting his way off of Halo. After this, yet another large cinematic explaining the Elite home world. Another Arbiter level, he is to go to the Elite home-world to inform them of the Covenant's betrayal and get the Elite fleet (haha) to come to Earth and help fight the Covenant.

After said Arbiter level, another lengthy cinematic explaining things further. All these large cinematics are due to Bungie leaving so many holes needing filled. Things would continue as Halo 2, switching back and forth but not being so vague and unthorough in between missions.

The last two levels would be large scale battles, endless enemies owning you on Normal difficulty even. These last two levels are on Earth, the Flood have arrived and the Covenant have broken through, the Forerunner ship has crash landed. The first large battle is an Arbiter level, him and you working together to avenge his brethren, smiting the Brutes.

Large cinematic, last large battle. You are the Chief, fighting through hordes of Flood and Covenant to get to the Ark. If Spartans were in the game they would be with you. You are half way to the Ark. Cinematic showing the other Spartans dying (if in the game), the next level begins as the Chief, ready to avenge the Covenant Separatists and Humanity, kills Gravemind while doing so kills Cortana, activates the Ark, and ends it all.

Final cinematic: The Halos go off, wiping everyone away. Maybe a final flashback. Right before the credits roll: "Sorry for the quick thaw, Master Chief. Things are a little hectic right now."

Credits.

If they ever were to do it, I think that they should have another Campaign from a Brutes point of view or something after you beat the Original campain. Like an unlockable campaign or something.

And Nice job Lone Heretic. That would be an awesome storyline for Halo 3.

hey, why dont they do this? Why dont they make it so that you can play campaign in three ways: 1) Blended together, 2) MC only, and 3) Arbiter only. Catch is, you can only unlock new levels by playing the blended one. So, people would have to play the blended one first. After that, they could just play through Mc only or arby only, so they dont have to quit out of levels if they only like 1 player.

I don't know about this. I love Halo the way it is, that just doesn't seem Halo to me.
