It's been said before.
There are only 7 known Halos.
A Halo under the earth would disintergrate over time when the earth's tectonic plates shift, or otherwise cause it to emerge to the surface.
There would be no point in putting a Halo under the Earth. It'd be upside down. Either that's one hell of a dig, or the planet was formed around it.
The Ark is not Earth, but something on Earth, it seems. If it's a Halo, why is this one so special?
