Everyone knows that Halo 2 will be a FANTASTIC game. But what I want to know is: Will there be a sacrifice for it's greatness?

Think about it. Rainbow Six 3 and Counterstirke for the XBOX are quite recent games and both are '1 player games'.

To play a friend you have to System Link to have a multiplayer That would need: x XBOXs, x TVs, x copies of Halo 2 and x Controllers (and of course a cable(s) to link them). X depends on how many people want to play.

Another way to play friends is of course over XBOX Live.

Its just I enjoyed having team system links with my friends where you could see your team mates sceen. That way you don't have to keep asking where they are, you can see it for yourself.

I know what you're thinking...The screens were too cramped to be able to see exactly what you were doing. But I think that is a worthwhile sacrifice in its self just to be able to have all your team in one room, talking and working together.

Tell me your thoughts

I think it will have split screen options for link just like its predecessor. Single screen did have its advantages but so does split screen. Split screen works wonders for cordinating team assaults.

I agree whole heartedly. There nothing better than a big link up with loads of players. but like you say its better when your team is in the same room. I use a router at my house so different teams are in different rooms for unexpected attacks in CTF. anyway the teamwork is far better when you are together and the smaller screen makes no difference really. I just hope bungie don't alter this cracking feature from Halo when the sequel comes out. Or i might need more X-Box's and tv's.
