Chances are many of you may have seen this already, but It's really getting around the internet. It's a small RPG made by 3 university students in Canada, but here's the thing: they did it only using ASCII art! Yet despite this, it still turned out good! I started it last night, just finished it a few hours ago, and it's true what everyone is saying, it really is the best ASCII game I've ever played (in fact the only one). If you want to see what I'm talking about, check out their webpage at http://hero.ninefires.net

Yeah, I have a mac as well, but fortunately I also have a PC, so I was still able to play it. I beleive the FAQs on their webpage mentioned that they wanted to make a Mac version, but that the proper C++ libraries were windows only. Still, there's always virtual PC!

Yeah, I thought it wasn't my kind of game either, so I decided I'd give it 10min. An hour later, I was still going. It's kind of short though, only 4 hours or so. So you could beat it in a single evening. Oh, if anyone else has tried it, do you know how to get the watershoes?
