Idk call me crazy but i do have a certain feel to a forum like a room has. Halo3 has a stockmarket feel where everyone is trying to sell you their idea of H3. The Flood has a cramped crowded party feel where everyone is posting random topics and everyone is there late at night. And the Septagon has a buisness building feeling where its based on the company.... does anyone else have a feeling when the enter a forum?

My feeling when I enter the Flood is it is too cramped sometimes. Like when 18 people all start quoting.

is that why your posting in the flood right now?

Basiclly because I feel like it and I'm a little bored, and it was a little fun.

How do you mean, Elit3? I think this place has a cool picture.

Skillet was here and referred to himself in the third person.

The Septagon and The Underground are the places that I post the most out of all the Main Forums. I mostly stick to groups but the 7th Column's activity has been down so I must come to the main forums for my posting pleasure.

The Flood can be fun...but only when certain members are on and it's not (completely) crowded with threads about rap v. rock and Chuck Norris...which has mostly died down. (thank God!)

Overall...the main forums aren't that interesting for me unless there is something about Marathon or the HGN in The Underground or a new thread in The Septagon.

Don't even get me started on the horrors of the Halo 3 Forum!

I feel, every day there's a thread about a Mod. There was a thread about Stosh and Shishka a few days ago. Right now theres a thread asking who your favorite Mod is. There was another thread about which Mod has the most locked topics. Oh, and another one about Shishka. Well, its not a bad thing, actually I find it quite entertaining.

I find it quite entertaining when Mods post, they always seem to give you a good laugh. And their pretty white writting is nice.

Blue is nice, but white is cool. When they say it is usually so funny...I wonder how they do it.

I only post in the Septagon now, i haven't been to the halo 3 forum in like a month. I never really got into the Flood, but i occasionally visit it if I'm bored.

I dont get any "feelings" by forums, but each forum has different people posting, some serious, some not as serious. So that is probably the reason why each forum has a different "feel"

For Carnage, Apply Within.

I have returned from the Untamed Lands. MOAP is dead.

I get the same feel throughout all the forums. And that feelings like a party you arrive late to. But the party sucks so you make a big scene and you leave as an ass. And you never get invited anymore.

It was a cold day near the southern base in Blood Gulch. Cortana and I were relaxing over a game of Go Fish, WHEN OUT OF NO WHERE 700 BANSHEES CAME FLYING IN!!! I GRABED MY SPARTAN LASER AND LET HELL REIGN DOWN UPON THEM. I HOPPED IN THE NEAREST WARTHOG AND TOLD CORTANA TO GET IN.

Heh

These forums sort of remind me of digital cable. There's like 300 threads, but not one of them is good. Eventually a good one might come up, but it ends eventually and then you're looking for something else to entertain you.

I enjoy the frantic, stupid feel of the Flood and the more intelligent feel of the Septagon. I like both forums; they contrast each other well.

SPOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOON!

For me, the Septagon feel like a warm safe blanket. Every question has an answer here.
The underground feels like a locking fest. I go there just to laugh at all the stupid locked topics.
The H3 forum is too hard to look at for more than 10 seconds.
New Mombasa is okay, I don't get any feeling from that or the maw or the library.
The flood is were I usually stay. It sometimes feels like a fun drunken police chase through suburban nieghborhoods and cornfields. Although sometimes it feels uninteresting and repetative, its were I belong.

I barlet spend anytime in the H3 area. It is almost as cramped as the Flood in a way.
