You were totally fair in your comment, it wasn't aimed at you, or anyone specifically (I don't belive in unnecessary flame wars), it was just a statement against general stereotyping of certain genres.
And true, NWA was about guns and -blam!-, but in my defence I did say "not all rap is about guns and -blam!-", implying that there will be some that will be.
