I've read almost all of them -- well over 25.You should read Piers Anthony's other works too. The Phase series and Mode series are sweet reads, and the Incarnations of Immortality series is so nuts that it made me rethink reality while I was reading it.
im still reading the novel called zombie lover (ive read all the one before it in order too) but when i finish the xanth novels then i will read the other series while i wait for the new ones[Edited on 10/11/2004 6:43:50 PM]
Lemme tell you something about Piers Anthony -- You'll NEVER be done with Xanth -- I've been reading them since 1985... Every time I catch up - another Pun-Derful book comes out.
yeah but usually i read em in about a weekPosted by: GameJunkieJimLemme tell you something about Piers Anthony -- You'll NEVER be done with Xanth -- I've been reading them since 1985... Every time I catch up - another Pun-Derful book comes out.
I do believe there's 40 right now...Cube Route being the most recent. What wonderful books. :D They're awesome. I've read his Muse of Art book as well. That book's odd...Piers is a great writer, period.

I have not read any of them, what type of novel are they?[Edited on 10/11/2004 7:05:57 PM]
A really weird kind of fantasy. Hehe. :DPuns galore. It's great.
Weird fantasy, huh... I will check them out. For me my favoruite series, would have to be the Dragonlance, Forgotten Reams(the ones with Drizzt), Dune, and The Hitchhikers Guide to The Galaxy.
Yeah, it's almost like yours Xeroh..Seraph, it's different from those, I read Dragonlance as well. It's more..comedic. (Puns...;)) Great stories. Gets cool with the Demons and such.
okay, as comic as say Hitchhikers Guide except in a fantasy world or what? Oh and I have been trying to find a good book, with werewolves set in the Victorian era, any know any?
Com - Pewter, The monia flowers, (Old and New); The Demoness Mentia (D. Mentia for short) Night Mares, and the Gap Chasm (Which is real! It's an old railroad cut!! I've been there!) Ogre-Fen Ogre-Fen swamp, the tall hassle grove, Lake Ogre-Chobee. Xanth is a wonderful break from Mundania...DragonLance is more of a serious book (except for Tas) and If you want a Forgotten Realms book that comes close -- read the Volo books. Especially the one with the Minnow out of Waterdeep. Gilligan heh. And Xanth was named after someone -- I just can't think of who. Also - another good series in the Anthony Collection is Bio of a Space Tyrant - which is Really detailed but a little intense at times. And I have 2 books that Anthony wrote that are decidedly - uhm... Adult. Firefly was one of them - and it was an attempt at horror -- but it showed me more of a morbid side of Anthony, and the other one is just a silly ggofy fun book, and I would put the title here, but the word filter would kill it anyway.
