Ok here is my problem, my computer won't show the blood, bullet holes, or plasma holes on the map. I think I have checked my setting and they are fine. A man needs blood and bullet holes to sing him to sleep at night.

Maybe it is my graphics card? Someone who is edumucated in computers give me a hand here.

Please and Thank You

Go to Start>Run

Type in dxdiag

Post what is on the default tab AND the display tab.

Then we can laugh at your bad graphics card.

lol. I would say so many cuss words right now if I could. I feel so damn stupid...

Forgive me maw goers for my lack of computer based knowledge.

However, I tried it and it takes like 10 seconds before it starts showing the holes, is there any reason this might be?

Is the entire game laggy? If so, turn down some of the quality settings. I get really smooth things that look pretty good at Med. Q, and one or two unneeded options off.

For sone crap-assed reason decals are greyed out. I swear they don't need Pixel Shaders so what's the deal? I unse Intel Integrated :P but I mean it doesnt need PS to have decals.

Most of the PC issues posted here are the result of PEBKAC.

I use integrated, but I don't have any of those problems, try updating your drivers.

I use an Integrated Intel 82845G graphics card, is it possible to have blood, bullet holes, and plasma holes, with this card? I'm not sure, I'll have to check again, but I can't highlight the decals option.

Like K121 said, my decals option is greyed out. I can't highlight it. How do I get it to work? I want blood, bulletholes, or at least a mere plasmahole!

So decal gets greyed out, with no option whatsoever to turn it on, if you have an Intel card? I sure hope this is not true...

How? I mean how come me and K121 gets greyed off decal option? We also have integrated, and we upgraded as well. I don't get it.

*Laughs at horrible systems mentioned*

Dudes! Ha, sorry, but it's quite obvious to tell that your video cards are too crappy to handle decals.

I think vincent5 uses the newer brand of Intel Integrated. 915 or 945? They DO support Pixel Shaders, but very little.

I have a Geforce2, and it has none of the problems you say. I have all settings turned up to max, too. It might have something to do with your RAM.

I don't think a GeForce 5200 will run Halo 2 Vista, Deadly. (You said it "ant" gonna run no Halo 2, so that's a double negative, meaning it will run Halo 2.)

I need to upgrade to a new motherboard and get a good high-end PCI-E card to play H2 Vista.
