We all know about the shiny lines at this point: [hr]

My question is this: why not just add it to the Text Markup Tags box on the right? There's probably other little "secret" codes that are floating around, and to prevent people from thinking they're high and mighty why not just make them public?

After I put the shiny lines in my signiture several people have asked things like, "What makes you so special to get lines?" and things like that. Although shiny lines are pretty basic, people seem to think they're something special.

Wow, I suck at finishing posts. That doesn't sound like a good ending at all.

For Carnage, Apply Within.

I have returned from the Untamed Lands. MOAP is dead.

I don't know if it's really a secret code. <br> is a line brake, not a line divider like on here.

I missed something, how do you make these "shiny lines"?

Sigs just aren't what they used to be.

I don't think they should add it to the text markup tags because some people might abuse it and put like 30 lines in there sigs.

I've been around these parts for almost eight years now...wow! Maybe I should be concerned about that...

I am better than yo...but htere are tons of "secret" codes out there. You just need to know them yourself. Bungie provides basics.

I personally think they are ugly.
If they could only be black.

"I pledge to punch all switches, to never shoot where I could use grenades, to admit the existence of no level except Total Carnage, to never use caps lock as my "run" key, and to never, ever, leave a single BoB alive."

2B || !2B - Why don't you look Inside the Machine?

HTML can be a powerful tool of destruction if you know how to use it. You might laugh now...but trust me I don't think memebers here would be able to use it responsibly and respectively.

Seriously, don't take me seriously.

Underground Pleasure - aren't you a bit curious?

So you can make a line......I can make a blank post with a hidden message in them.

Skillet was here and referred to himself in the third person.

It's not special or anything...just something that doesn't have much purpose. I don't use them much because there isn't much of a reason to. And if Bungie put all code on the text markup tags on the side...it would a ceomplete nightmare.

Instead of posts that look like this one.

We would have them with every imagineable markup ever created all the time...and I don't want to read them. Spammers would have too much fun and we don't want the spammers to have fun now do we?

I do what my computer tells me to. Install this Java outlet? Sure! Even though I have no idea what it does...

Ah yes, there are days I envy you guys who actually know what you are talking about...meaning; how does one make those shiny lines?

I can do that too! Except my message is that I have nothing to say...
