Bungie should defnitly try and get a demo out there before the street date. single player, multiplayer, whatever...the only thing it can do is create more of a fervor (sp?) for halo 2. essentially, it will do nothing bad, it will spread awareness of halo 2 (though, i don't know one xbox owner who isn't aware of it) and will just increase sales all around plus make millions of bungie fans that much orgasmically happier that they can try it out before november 9th. i bet there had to have been one person who got to play zanzibar at e3 or at some other point, and they could really care less about halo, they were probably just some industry douche; i know a hundred people who would've ran down the street naked and on fire just to go to e3 and play halo 2. i know bungie does a -blam!--ton of stuff for their fans and they're one of the coolest group of people for that fact. and up until this point they've done wonderful to give the fans what they want; so all i'm saying is: why not just go one step more? why not get a demo out around september or october. i bet oxm wouldn't mind putting it on their dvd, -blam!- i bet it'd be the best selling issue of their mag ever... just my view on the situation...
