Recently I made a comment on the forums that I have reflected on and, in honesty, it has been bothering me a little.

Now I know these are just forums and they really have very little impact on my personal life at all but, that said, I do like to maintain some basic standards of integrity and honesty around here nonetheless. After all, now and again the Bungie guys even read stuff and this comment was directed very much in their direction.

What I said was that 'Bungie OWE their fans'

Now, I still stick by this comment. I do think Bungie owe their fans; just like I think them having fans is what they are owed for creating such fantastic games. What has been troubling me is that some people might have thought that I was therefore implying Bungie do not do enough for their fans. I'd like to clear that up.

I think Bungie are pretty damn cool with their fans

There. I said it. I posted it on the forums for all to see. It's funny that I could actually feel so self-conscious about some stupid comment I made on the Bungie.net forums but I did. Weird.

Anyway.... I think Bungie are a really great bunch and I love their games and am loving waiting on Halo 3. I suppose I wouldn't be here otherwise :-P

I DO think it might be nice to have some new substance on Halo 3 soon. That's the topic that started the debate on Bungie in the first place. Anyways... I've done my thing. Lock it up if necessary Ninjas... the point is I feel strangely better now.

Peace out.

Remember kids: when Uncle Delta tells you he has sweeties, he isn't lying.

Now get in the van.

The Black Chapter

The fact that you have the guts to admit that you were "wrong" to say what you said (not what you meant)is quite nice to witness. Many would have just ignored the fact they had said something wrong. Props to you on that. You are correct that Bungie are an "Amazing Bunch" and that they do do alot for their fans. I didn't see the thread in question so i do not no the details. Im sure you know what you are talking about as i do not, And i hope you go about your actions in the same way you have today.

Yes.... thankyou. I'm a reasonable person and don't believe in violence or anything like that. Even if patronised or anything I'd never feel like hitting anybody because it would be terrible if their nose broke. I mean, only thugs do that kind of thing or even think it.

Anyway... thanks man.
