The Assult On The Control Room level.

Indeed, this is one of my favorites as well. The hardest one in the game, however, is Two Betrayals.

Yes, for your information, I do happen to be a girl. =P

This is where I hang

-Zomg Catz!-

Yeah, but 343 Guilty Spark is the best scare-your-pants-off level. (The first time you play it)

Two Betrayals was my favorite (especially with that last big battle with you, the flood, and the Coveneant.)

But Assault on the Control is a close second.

Breaking Quarantine was my favourite, it had a nice scary feel to the level.

there is not point in saying hey i got a 40- HIGH RANK MEANS NOTHING, it means you either bridged host or cheated...and the skillfull player like myself have 27s cause of cheating.

Truth and Reconciliation, Keyes, The Maw, Assault on the Control Room, Two Betrayels, The Silent Cartographer, Halo, and The Pillar of Autumn. Oh, woops, I just named almost all of them, oh well I love them all.

I don't really like 343 Guilty Spark and I really hate the Library, man I hate that level.

To be on topic, Assault on the Control Room.

343 Guilty Spark was not my favorite, but in my opinion it was the most important.

I love Two Betrayals. Brillant level. I love watching the Flood and Covenant battling it out against each other. Least favourite would be Keyes. Too many Flood for my liking! But none the less, it's still cool.

Favs:
1. AotCR/Two Betrayals - I can't choose, one of them has the tank but the other has wicked CPU vs. CPU battles. It's a shame there weren't any levels quite on this scale in Halo 2.
2. Truth and Reconciliation - It's a sniping map, what's not to love? And it's one of the more challenging levels on the higher difficulties (mostly because of the fights where the enemies are above you)
3. The Maw - I mostly like it for the ending and the battle with covies+sentinels+flood in the hallway, but the engineering part can be a little tedious.

I also usually hate Keyes but it can be fun if you try to beat the outdoor part quickly (otherwise that part can be very boring if you wait for all the enemies to kill each other since one side usually spawns infinitely), I just like it because it's one of the best levels for big chain-reaction explosions, and it's always fun to trigger the spec ops to come into the bridge at the same time as the flood (just head over to their door and they'll nade the heck out of em').

Mine has got to be Assault on the Control Room. The levels before are a bit unexiting compared to this one.

I agree, if anything AotCR is too good of a level and it makes the others look shabby. I mean, the first time I played silent cartographer it felt an expansive terrain with plenty of mayhem but now it's nothing compared to AotCR.

I always do that, and on Normal and Heroic I see how long I can last in the thick of it, which is usually all the way until that stray carrier form sets everything off. It's amazing how hard it is to bring down two elites when you have hordes of flood spanking you.

They are all great, so its really hard to pick.

Truth and Reconciliation, ahh, fighting at the bottom of the grav lift, one of the best parts in the game.
