Just a quick question, I want to play H2V, and I want Vista Ultimate. But can my laptop run it well? Look at my laptops specs and tell me what you think. Or, just please find the Vista Ultimate requirements because I can't find them anywhere.

Thanks in advance!:)

It will work perfectly. However, considering your 7900 GS Go is a DirectX 9 card, and a laptop card at that, it won't be able to handle Halo 2 Vista like it would on a DirectX 10 card. I'm planning to upgrade my desktop to a god box, a tower of power, with the latest DX10 card and the latest processor and maybe some more RAM.

No offense Kim, but this is the millionth time you have repeated that same phrase, well at least in a similar way. We get the point that you're getting a new GPU, a DX10 card and more RAM, you don't have to repeat it 117 million times.

I've heard when DX10 comes out, the 7800 series and 7900 series will be able to be updated to DX10.

Well, Ipjuunin, I have problems with my short term memory, that's why I always repeat things.

it will be able to run dx10 on a software level, but it is missing the dx10 hardware. in the end it is still a dx9 card. it's the same principle that allows an older graphics card like the geforce 4 mx series to run dx9(despite being dx7).
