I'll tell you, it's late, they've gone home, they don't really care, and shutting down a website takes a little time.

My advice to you is to stop worrying about a crime so absolutely petty as giving away copies of $50 of stolen electronics and consider some of the real crimes out there. Why not dedicate this time to solving a murder or a kidnapping? If you get anything done, I can garuntee you it'll be and seem to you a lot more important than narcing on a few websites trying to save gamers a couple'a bucks. Trust me, you'll have forgotten about Halo in a couple years, but you'll remember something of importance you've done the rest of your life.

When was the last time you ever did anything to solve a crime, Scipio? I think this would also be appropriate here.

Im still mad at Microsofts Piracy Section....A year ago there was a store in my hometown, that was openly modding xbox's....they had fliers and everything....i had taken my system there to have it cleaned, because it kept getting dirty disc errors....they had it for close to a month....finally i was pissed, so i went to the store, and once they checked my serial number...the store had used my xbox as a parts box....i was pissed (although after another two weeks they gave me a new xbox)...i called piracty and reported tht this store was doing this....a few months later, the store was forced to close, but did i get a thank you email or tshirt.....uhhmmmm no....

Dear SamNZ,

I have also joined in the efforts of fighting this crime. I have reported a site like you to the MS Piracy team. I neither got any reply, nor has there anything been done to the site.

You must understand, this is NOT just the matter of shutting these guys (multiple in fact) down. There are legal logistics and court orders to be filed, processed through courts, and then executed. If I may use the example of illegally downloading music: The IRA, once they have the illegal downloader's IP address through subpeona, must file a lawsuit against that IP address, registered anonymously. This may take months, if not a year for due process to occur. Since our country is so SUE HAPPY and the courts are clogged...due process (right to a speedy trial) has been detoured to a much longer route.

Please note that the IRA example may not be similar to the crime that our beloved Bungie masterpiece has been subjected to. Nethertheless, you must understand that this is a long and lengthy process, if we're going to legally punish these c0ckbites.

Or, we can just unleash the ninjas...
Reiginko, do you agree?
