Ippjuin, you sound really really angry. I didn't read all of the posts, but for future reference, what I understand about those mics is that when you speak, it vibrates your jawbones and that vibrates the mic and so on. Like a throat mic, just turn up the sensitivity from the control panel if you can and it should work fine.

You could try cutting that black wire thing that goes from the earpiece to the mic. Then you could shave the wires on the mic and on the earpiece, and extend it by putting new wire in between. After that you could tape it up. It might look messy though, and it might not work. I only suggest doing that as a last solution.

The other thing you could try is to make a paper cone with a hole at the tip, and slide it over the mic. It might look weird though.

Sorry if my ideas suck :)

Try to not get so upset over small things. We all go through phases like the one your going through right now at some point in our lives.

change your activation volume in teamspeak, and turn micboost on.

I'm pretty sure the microphone is located right where it's suppose to be, all big companies have their products tested before they go on the market. Just adjust the settings on the amplification control panel, the mic should have sensitive sound collecting filter and should work perfectly fine.

But if you're sure it's faulty they've obviously rip you off.
And do you have to use such bad language?

Nothing, but he's talking about a headset. A PC peripheal. The Bungie moderators and ninjas are kind enough to allow us to talk about PC-related discussions as well.
