I agree with Recon Number 54, it is bad because it's Bungie's valued fans going behind their backs and stealing from them. Halo 2 is what Bungie plans on getting money for so they can pay their valued development team who creates these great games for us to enjoy and by stealing the game, they get no money and that causes an unexpected pay cut. "Ain't all that bad?" You've got to be -blam!-tin' me Stu the CockBite.

but you know it is bad if you get caught. instead of waiting a paying $49.99 or $52.54 like the rest of us, you are now being sued for theft by Microsoft. Let me repeat that. You are being sued by Microsoft. The minimum money you will pay is $20,000. And you don't even get the cool case or the manual. Now is it really worth risking it all when you can still get it in 3 more weeks? Is it really worth it Stu the CockBite? Is it really worth it?

Only $20,000 if he's got a good enough lawyer. Then he gets sued by Bungie as well which is another possible $20,000. Then he does time or pays a big fine...

if i offended any one from saying this i apoligize

I am willing to wait 25 more days to play this blessing of a game i have only beaten halo on easy. bungie should look into this a little more to people who have acess to halo 2 . because no regular person could get a copy of halo2 .

(this is what i shoulda said instead of making a fool of my self)

Yes, that's what you've should of said instead of saying "ain't all that bad." By saying that showed us that you were for it and a lot of us apparently took it that way. Next time when you're posting, make sure you don't say anything to give away what side you're on when you're in a neutral position to start with.

A little history lesson here guys
1. I do not support the pirating of Halo 2 and any other games in that matter

But take a look at this --
There is no way you could win a lawsuit against Microsoft -- yeh the lawsuit would come from microsoft because they OWN bungie but yeh how will you win in court against a company who won against our own government in court when they tried to say they were a monopoly -- thats not kool

I bet one of the testers stole it--

Oh yeh and stu lol your a cockbite

Ok, the "Stu the CockBite" thing is over and done with. He understands he made a mistake and has told us what he meant to say. He also apologized for what he said and I respect that. The least he deserves is a little respect and that includes from calling him a cockbite, so lay off him before we dub you with a title you'll be forever known as.

Yeah. He deserves a break. He apologized, and that's all that matters now. And I apologize Stu for calling you a cockbite.

A tip of the helmet to all of you (including Stu) for being adult and civil... well mostly civil.

Thank you again Stu for clarifying.

Hahahahahaha... I like your style Recon Number 54. I think you, Ender, Stu, and I are the only ones civil in this forum since we're mature enough not to just post things on here just to piss other people off.

Stu, you shouldn't feel ashamed about what you said. Everyone makes mistakes and there's no need to worry about it. The good thing is that you clarified that and people you don't even know are respecting that and backing you up from people who won't let it go and are hoping to get you pissed... that's it.

That would be pretty funneh to see, after all, Bill Gates is just a scrawny little guy with a lot of money. I think he'll just hire The Rock to throw an XBOX on the guys head. I mean, those blasted systems weigh a ton! Have any of you ever hiked up a hill carrying one in a grocery bag!?
