I vote they should bring them back restored and everything. With the new elements of Halo 2, it will change the strategies abit
On the topic of the Tracking System on the RL- I think its a good idea.* As said before in some earlier post
- it looked like u can only lockon >when in range<.
On the matter of Bots i think that would be a good a idea for someone like me who doesnt have a Lan or network connection, but they already said it was not going to happen so let that go to rest already.
And those of you who ask for a Demo of Zanzibar its a rediculous request. Come on! think about it. one, it COST MONEY to make those demos, it takes time, and work. Even if they did make a demo and made people pay, it would dampen the affect of the real game. Think: you havent tried out dual wielding, but once you try it on the demo and played it WAYY too many times, you get used to it. November 19th is a long way and thats enough time to get used to it. There would be no need to release a demo, 2 or even 3 months before the release date of Halo2 it would be pointless. A month alone is still enough time to get people used to it. I think that would be cool from a GAMER perspective, but from a marketer, a person who wants to make money, the Demo would not be necessary. Not only that but they said it >wasnt known< if they were putting Zanzibar in the real game.
For me, i think i can wait for Halo 2, it only means more time for Bungie to make the game better.
I like the Covenant Bus from the E3 trailer, i think that was cool. I looked at sketches of it from this site and saw on one of the drawings a seat for the gun on top. It was probably an early drawing but that would still be cool.
I wonder if there will be any new GRENADES for us to toy around with. I thought that the two grenades in Halo1 were a nice balance. Impact Grenades?
The phantom, we only got to see a little bit of it in the E3 trailer, but can you imagine shooting one of those down with Dual Lock on Rocket Launchers (techniqually< dont know if i spelled that right, its considered a missile if it locks on.)
On the topic of the warthog, i looked at the 4 different types of warthogs they rendered in the gallery, and i noticed they took on a hummer kind of style. The warthogs are FAR from Hummers granted. (im talking about military hummers) but the types of warthogs have the same purpose as the t ypes of hummers. For instance, in real life there is a hummer that shoots missiles (a TOW Missile Launcher System) Those were the hummers used to kill Suddam's two sons in the shoot out. (the U.S. forces got tired of shooting so they just pulled out a few of those Hummers and Blasted them to pieces.) Anyways, the rocket launcher warhog resembles that hummer. The HOV (high occupancy vehicle) warthog resembles the hummer that allows a greater number of personalle aboard. BTW these hummers are real. The triple barrel warthog resembles the hummer with the .50 cal machine gun. etc etc, just a note.
*everything should be optional. although i wouldnt turn off any of the options in halo2
