When I go to my grandparent's house, I normally get on Bungie.net. Well, about 2 or 3 weeks ago, I couldn't sign-in at their house. And since that, I still can't sign-in when I'm on their PC. I go to the login screen, I type in my passowrd(My email is always there.) And I click on "Log in", and it directs me back to the Bungie homepage. However, in the member bar at the top of the page, it says I'm not signed in. Can anyone tell me why this is happening and how to fix it? I mean, this is real weird because I used to be able to sign-in on there, and I have no problems signing in when I am on my laptop or desktop.

You can try cleaning out the cookies and offline content.

Go to:

Tools at the top of the Browser, then Internet Properties, Delete Cookies & Delete Files....there that should work.

That's weird.

Well, whenever I have problems with the internet I always do this:

Clear your cookies, cache, history, any other temp files, and restart your computer. That refreshes the browser good as new.

If you continue to have problems, send an email to bnetbugs@microsoft.com

Oh yes...happened to me before. I went into properties, deleted cookies, files and history, and everything went back to normal. Seeing as how it's been like this for the past few weeks, it'll take a while to clear out the files. Also, start installing any updates that pop up. That always helps.

Exactly which cookies do I need to delete?

All of them...

Just do this:

Go to Tools > Internet Options > Delete Cookies then Delete Files

After that just Refresh the browser.
