Not true. Think about it: 15 rounds a SECOND, 7.62 mm ammo, with a full 60 rounds and almost 5 seconds of continuous fire! NOONE, not even the CHIEF, can hit the pinhead with every round, as you almost could with the M6D (which, by the way, IS more powerful - it's like what, 12.7 mm?), wielding the AR.
7.62 mm could blow your wrist off. 15 rounds/sec is INSANE to keep that accurate. 12.7 mm could take half your FACE OFF. Plus, it's semi-auto. (Yes, yes the manual says it's "full-auto," only because you can hold the trigger down. It still fires just as fast, with just as much time to counter the recoil. It actually is more innaccurate when holding it down, so clicking off rounds, like bursts with the AR, is much more accurate.)
The definition of "Rifle" is very loose - it depends on the caliber bullet, and means of firing, that determines accuracy and power.
