"That's about all that can be said for plots, which anyway are just one thing after another, a what and a what and a what.

Now try how and why."

The underground is flooding with Halo wars related topics, is there anything that could be done about this? Maybe the Halo 3 forums should be turned into "current prjects" so that I can see somthing marathon related in the underground.

"Whatever exists, whatever in creation exists without my knowledge exists without my consent. These anonymous creatures may seem little or nothing in the world. Yet the smallest crumb can devour us. Any smallest thing beneath yon rock out of men's knowing. Only nature can enslave man and only when the existence of each last entity is routed out and made to stand naked before him will he be properly suzerain of the earth."

I wouldn't be too surprised if the Ninjas are debating what they want to do about the flood right now. I imagine some of the discussion might be routed to the official site, while some might be kept here. Really, I think that all actual discussion about the game should go at the official site, while everything about Bungie in association with the game should be kept in the Underground, and since most of it is a debate about whether or not Bungie is selling out in some form or another, I don't see why one thread could be designated as the thread for discussion.

I have a feeling a lot of locked threads are going to be in the future. But maybe I'm just feeling something else...like that liver failure disease that keeps spreading.

At least the Underground is now more active. If you want the Underground to be focused on pre-Halo games, then make a lot of Myth, Oni, and other game threads.

Agreed.

I too find it weird that they're just allowing Thread after Thread to keep pouring in. We can solve this with one little suggestion: General Sticky for all things Halo Wars related, including a link to the site. Then lock all the rest of the repeat threads.

This should die down in about a week though, in my opinion. Everyone's just excited, which is a good thing. But it's kind of becoming a problem. I think almost every thread on the first page of the Underground is about Halo Wars.

Guess we'll just wait and see.

You don't need Marathon threads because that game sucks.

LOLOLOLLOLOLOLLolLolLollololol....

Stupid bastard.

Anyway, the current plan seems to be to let the excitement die down a little and wait for word of the new stuff get around, then go back to deHalonizing the Underground as before.

I hate everything, but it's not my fault.

It hurts me to not lock yet another "HALO WARS!" thread, but the word has come down that we are supposed to let people post themselves out, and then funnel the discussion into one or two threads. It'll pass, just like the Halo movie threads.
