1-Do you have a legal copy?

2-Are you running any background programs?

3-Is your disk scratched?

4-Have you tried installing multiple times?

5-Specs?

Specs. You don't know what "specs" are?

He's asking what kind of computer you have. What kind of parts.

Specs are, like Master Kim said, the parts in your computer, to put it simply. To help you out with any technical problems, we need your specs, such as your processor type/speed, your graphics card, your system manufacturer (unless you have a custom, like mine), RAM, motherboard, etc.

I envy your HD, I only have a wimpy 40 Gig HD...but I'm saving up for a either a 120 Gig or 160 Gig Hardrive soon, don't you worry. ;D

But other than that, I see no problems with your specs for any Halo problems to be happening...hm...

Oh and get a new graphics card soon, dude. xD

try exploring your halo cd, go to FilesCab, go into Cab5.CAB, and try extracting the sound file from there. reply when you have tried that and we'll go from there.
