Last night we tried to have a LAN. And because last time, someone complained about screen watching, I got a cord long enough to put the other Xbox in another room.
This still didn't work...
Out of the four games we played, this -blam!-ing whiner quit out of 3.
The reasons:
1. Spawn Kills: Hello, it's shotguns on Derelict, everyone gets killed a lot!
Number of times he got killed before he quit out: 4
2. Running Too Fast: My personal favorite reason for the evening.
We put on a Death Bonus and a Kill Penalty just to appease this complaining b1tch, but alas, it was still not enough to get a full game out of the guy. He quit because he said the speed boost kept making him run off the ledges on Boarding Action...*sigh*
...So stop pushing forward a$$hole!
Number of times he got killed before he quit out: 6
3. Cheating by Getting On Top of the Map: Yeah, we did it. So what. By that time we were trying to piss 'em off.
Number of times he got killed before he quit out: 2, TWO! Yes, he quit after 2 deaths, and left the rest of his team high and dry.
When he is actually in game (rare), he b1tches the whole time and every time we kill him we know we're going to hear "C'MON!! OHHH WHAT THE -blam!-!" This would be funny if it didn't actually keep some of our friends from coming back. They don't want to listen to him.
Sorry to vent on you guys, but I know you probably have friends like this, and can relate.
Funny thing is, when we're not playing halo, we're good friends, but when we are playing, and he quits out then b1tches, I want to punch him in the neck. I don't want to eject him from the LANs, but this has got to stop.
Any suggestions??
