The most awesome thing ever!

Well, I have a 9700, and it performs well. So, I can only assume that yours will work well too. To say the least, it can handle Halo PC.

Define "Reardon", and "grafix", and I could tell you.

Yeah man, it's good. If you can though, try to get the 9600"XT" edition. It's a nice upgrade from the original 9600. I have the XT (would've got the X800 but I was running low on cash) and it works great. Sapphire Inc (excellent company) made a 9600XT card with 256MB of memory and would probably be your best bet for the money (both the 9600XT 128MB and the 9600XT 256MB cost the same so go for the better choice.) Here's a link:

Sapphire's Radeon 9600XT 256MB

Check out its reviews.

Edit: Plus, it's only 149 dollars. You cant go wrong. Also, for about 60 bucks more on that site linked to above, you can get the 9800. Your choice man.

The link does not work. Second, I remember reading somewhere that all "Sapphire" cards sucked, and were actually a lot less powerful then the normal versions of them. I am probably wrong, but I just remember reading that somewhere.

Nah, you're quite wrong. Sapphire is actually a big competitor in the 3rd party video card makers; right up there with ASUS. They're really revered in the video card market. Here's a link to a highly respected site that gives a positive review of sapphire's technology.

Plus, here's a working link to the card (respectively priced at 143 dollars. It's an excellent deal):
