Whenever I get on my grandparent's PC, I try to sign in to Bungie.net. Recently, I tried to sign-in, type in everything, and clicked on the Sign-in button. When I looked at the member bar at the top of the page, it said I wasn't signed-in. I try again. This time, it doesn't bring me to the Bungie.net Sign-In page. It brings me directly back to Bungie.net. Since then, I can't sign-in, and I am only able to go to the sign-in page when I go to bungie.net for the first time in my internet session. Any way to fix this? What's weird is I used to be able to get on it without problem. I've talked to a few friends and they've said to delete cookies and temp files:

1.I don't know what cookies to delete.
2.I don't know how to access temp files.
3.I don't know what temp files to delete.

This is the only PC I've had trouble with signing into Bungie.net. It works fine on my laptop, my family's desktop, and my mom's desktop at her office.

Please Help. Thanks in Advance. :)

Try clearing all of the cookies, what browser are you using so I can tell you how...

I know how to access the cookies on the browser, I have to go to Preferences and then to Internet. But deleting them all? I'm not too sure...It's not my computer, it's my grandparent's and I don't wanna mess anything up...

Frank O'Connor is a 12-year veteran of the videogame magazine industry and has therefore never worked an honest day in his life.

deleting all cookies will not screw anything up. Pages will take longer to load the first time as they have to be stored as a cookie again. it won't screw up there computer.

Clearing cookies is no big deal. Most computers have them auto-clear every month anyways...

The main things that will happen is that some pages may take an extra second or two. You will also not be auto-l0gged in until you re-enter your passwords at websites.

I removed all the cookies. Didn't work. I emailed the Bungie.net web team, and hopefully they will respond and help me out. Until then, any suggestions?
