Subject: Hardest enemies

For the same reason that flood carry them, and jackals carry them in Halo 2. But this is pretty unanimous so far.

Where is the grunt that built up a real crunchy thirst???

No seriously i would have to go with Flood rocket launcher in a small hallway. No matter what difficulty it is on they are there ready to blow you body to the other end of the hallway.

Thinking of this makes me want to go and replay the Library (my fav level)

None of them are really "hard". It's pretty much how you go about killing them. I mean if you're trying to beat everyone to death they're all pretty hard.

Yes this topic does make me want to play some halo. I haven't played it in a while... been playing halo 2 on live.

Spec Ops Elites with Plasma Rifles.

They can attack you while charging, and have the best throwing arm in the game.
And usually attack in pairs.

Rocket Flood: These guys have close to no health, a few pistol rounds will down them, and rockets are usually easy to dodge if you see them coming. what about Shotgun Flood?

Fuel Rod Grunts: very slow and weak, easy to stick with grenades and a headshot can down them.
Fuel rods are less explosive than rockets and pretty easy to dodge if you have enough room.

Sword Elites: The can't shoot you, keep your distance and they are no problem.

Hunters: always appear in pairs, imagine how easy they would be if they only appeared solo.
-I always wanted to fight 4 hunters at once...

That would be sooooo fun. I always wanted massive battles and that would be amazing, 4 hunters at once!

I could imagine 1 or 2 getting hit by other hunters fuel rod guns, lol

it doese'nt look nextgen , looks good but not nextgen
If by next-gen you mean crappy, dark and colorless, I agree. It doesnt look next-gen at all.

Anything with a sniper rifle. What bothers me is that the jackals hardly ever miss with the sniper rifle yet if you give the rifle to a marine or an elite they cant hardly shoot straight.

Not that hard to kill a hunter....just get behind it with a pistol and shoot it in the back.

Zealot with energy sword, becuase i have bad coordination skills with jumping, so I usaully ended up getting chased by a zealot with an energy sword, jumps back when it stricks, he misses but I still end up down stairs.
(lol once he jumped down with me)

The Zealots are determined sons of -blam!-es. Once they spot you, they'll do whatever it takes to hunt you down. However, whenever I see a needler, I don't hesitate to use it on them. Real flashy.

hmm, i personally think the zealot with the energy sword is the toughest. the zealot with the plasma rifle is tough, but u can easily hide behind cover and they won't charge you. but, the zealot with the energy sword sometimes comes out of freaken nowhere and slices u in half. also the energy sword zealot will keep charging you no matter what, so you can't stay under cover, and if u are around other enemies, especially on legendary, ur dead.

I found out a few good things:

1. For rocket flood, sometimes when they respawn with a group of other flood, they shoot by accident and blow themselves all up.

2. For Zealots with Energy Swords, a grenade will work wonders when teaching them how to fly, it's just an incentive to help them start jumping.

3. For Elite Spec-Ops, their main weakness is being run over, then it's being forced to sit through the entire movie "Spice World".

4. For Grunts with fuel rod cannons, just stand right next to them. They won;t shoot, and if they have an ally, it's more likely to hit who you're standing beisde than you.

5. Inviselites' weakness is sniper Rifle. Shoot them once and they're dead cuz they got no shields.

6. Invisifloods' weakness is let them hit you then let 'em meet Mr. Shotgun and Mrs. Rocket Launcher, and then their nephew Jr. Assault Rifle, and maybe their Uncle and Aunt, repectively, Plasma Grenade and Frag Grenade.

7. I jus thought I'd add this in, but with tiny l'il flood, just get on a platform above them and they got no idea where you are.
