That doesn't make any sense, the difficulty is who you are playing against, if you mean co-op then you decide what the setting is.

It does make sense coz, when you are playing in different difficulties the sheilds take a long time to regenerate @ lower difficulties, but regenerate quicker at higher difficulties. Obviously the downside to this is that they fall quicker in higher difficulties. (I'm talking about single player just then, if you didn't guess)

The difficulty setting on single player is based around the difficulty of your opponents, not the power of your guns or your health... Remember to be harder in single player Spartans would have to be weaker and human weapons worse while covenant ones better, but as you can get hold of their weapons too they all stay the same. Just Covenant/Flood stronger.

On MP difficulty is not a setting but in the eye of the beholder or the skill of your combatants.

PS did I really have to answer in such detail? Anything to avoid revision...

don't we all hate revision, anyway I'm sure that if you play in Easy the sheilds take ages to regerate from empty to full, but in Legendary they take barely any time to recharge from empty to full.

If you are talking about co-op mode then the way you asked the initial question was strange, the way you said it, it seems you think that co-op mode has a pre-set skill level, but if your asking whats the difference between the different skill levels than you are probably right about the shields, but also the enemies are tougher.

No I'm talking about in normal MP, not co-op. Right if say someone was to shoot you in Heroic Campaign with a plasma pistol, say it would take 3 shots to kill you, would it take the same amount or less or more shots to kill you in MP? Thus if equal then MP is Heroic, if less MP is Legendary, if more then Normal or Easy.

Ohhh ok i understand, thats interesting i never though about that. are you sure that bullets are more powerful in the different settings? cos it could just be that your shields are different strengths and the covenant just shoot more.

Thank you, no I'm pretty sure that your sheilds are weaker, not the bullets being stronger, although I could be wrong *shudders at the thought*
Sorry the arrogance must be felt

MP depends on who you are playing. There are no settings that determine the shield recharge rate.

In Co-op mode I think that the enemy is a SLIGHT litter bit harder than in single player. It doesn't matter what difficulty it is set on, the covenant is a SLIGHT little bit harder, proabably to compensate for 2 Spartan soldiers. Obviously it is easier to complete Halo in co-op than single player.

Not true. What makes it Legendary is that the enemies are better, harder to kill, and shoot faster. The reason you think that your sheilds regenerate/fall easier in Legendary is because the Aliens shoot faster and get more shots quickly on you. I'm sure you have not counted exactly how many shots hit you in each diffcult, but if you did you would find that in Legendary you get hit a whole lot of times very quickly making your shields drop quicker. The regeneration doesn't always go as fast. It varies in time.
