Ya i was also wondering if my pc can properly play halo. I know i have the specs but i think the problem rests in my video card. Heres my specs:

P4 2.6ghz 500mhz side bus
768mb pc3200 ddr
ati radeon 9200 128mb

Thats the imprtant stuff. I know the 9200 isnt really a dx9 card and it is a little slow but as far as the graphics go its not half bad. I run halo at 640 X 480 which is low but any higher than that it drops below 30fps often. Im getting Halo CE and ive heard theres preformance increases of about 30% on the lower reslutions. If anyone can help me, contact me at combatevolved_117@hotmail.com

You should be able to enjoy Halo with that specs. There may be a bit of slowdown though. As for Halo: CE, I run Halo at 640 x 480 (I know, I should really bump it up with my 9600 Pro) and haven't noticed any differences. I didn't really have any problems to begin with though.

I never knew there was a 640 x 480 rez! I play mine at 1152 x 864 with my 9800 pro and 800 x 600 with my 7200
