Oh great and wise Master Kim why do the graphics work better if I click Continue, instead of continue in safe mode?

Now, in the quantum moment before the closure, when all become one. One moment left. One point of space and time. I know who you are. You are destiny.

... oh great and wise Kim? Are you kidding?

The few, the proud, the leet.

safe mode puts the rasterizer into a state that it doesn't use any of the advanced graphics. In laymens terms, It simply cuts out all the pretty stuff.

If you wanted Master Kim to answer you, why didn't you PM him?

QFTGDMFT!!

Wise and great Master Kim? Who the hell are you talking about?

Dude, if you click "Safe mode", then Halo will look like Starfox (NES) with the lowest settings possible so your computer won't have a melt-down. Clicking "Continue" will have you running at whatever setting you want it to have at the risk of having it crash or you might end up dealing with other issues.
