John is the savior of mankind not the other way around. as for anything else i hope you know a possible side effect of his becoming a SPARTAN resulted in a loss of -blam!- desire or whatever of that nature

They should use the technology from Tony Hawk that lets you put your face in the game.

an interesting idea but all the games that have used this feature so far havn't done it much justice. u'd look really bad with this blurry face as master chief

the only time they should show is face is when he's dead. and even then, it should be bloodied and burned and mangled and disfigured. it would have to be like that from annihilating the entire covenant in hand to hand combat. so, actually, i guess we wouldn't really be seeing his face at all.

do you honestly think they'll kill off master chief at the end of the last halo game?

actually, yes. i think they will. for one, it ensures that there won't be another. two, it would provide much, much more impact for the ending. and three, think about MC. would he be happy spending the rest of his life planting in his garden, or knitting, or cooking? i don't think he would be. so let him die with a weapon in his hand on the battlefield.

my votes no. I always thought the mask was supposed to be a cool way of representing everyone who plays the game. like its the player who's under the mask, since the player changes, a mask is a perfect way of keeping things personal to the person whos playing.
Like in multiplayer its lik, oh its "Tango" who's under the helmet.

We should think about this... First of all, he is described in Fall of Reach. Plus, he is supposed to be an image of yourself since you ARE playing as him afterall. So for all those female Halo fans... I hope you enjoyed the sex change. Anyway, my point is that they will never reveal the Master Chief's face unless they are playing a joke. I don't know about anyone else, but I was shocked to find out at the end of Metroid Prime that I had been playing as Barbie the entire time. So let's just leave it to our imaginations, shall we?

read the books, form your own image, its way cooler.

Also, you could find out that Samus Aran (constantly reffered to in the female pronoun during all post nes metroid games) is a girl (and a kick ass one at that) during the nes game Metroid

ye samus has almost always been known as a girl. maybe they might do a similar system on halo. the harder the difficulty and the faster you finish it the more of John's face you see.

I know that she is a girl but she doesn't LOOK badass. She looks like Barbie. That is why I was so surprised. I was expecting a more rough look with slick hair and and a stern face.

no attraction there though is there. i've always wondered though how see gets all that hair in her suit. at least john being bald in his armour makes sense

Some people are attracted to Michelle Rodriguez and she's a badass most of the time. I'm just saying that she should have had sweaty hair or something. C'mon her hair was in a perfect ponytail and she was completely clean. If I were in a helmet for that long, I would be melting by then.

its a special armour made by the ancient race of chrozo. to quote simpsons 'sweat actually cleans this suit' (not that i know but its a nice theory) master chiefs spends all his time nearly in his armour and he sweats but thankfully he's pretty much bald
