This is Poppy of Sniper Gods. I had the idea of making a poll to see what level was more difficult for others when playing HALO on legendary difficulty by themselves. If you never have beaten the game on legendary by yourself, then just say what level you and your buddy had a hell of a time getting through. Please include a post if you have the time explaining what part made you want to rip the hair clear off your head. Sorry about not being able to fit all nine levels. But I squeezed'm in on #7-#8.
For me? Well I have beaten the game on legendary at least 2 times in my infinate boredom, and about 5 with friends. For me by myself, I found the Truth and Reconciliation to be the biggest headache spawner of all time. The beggining was the hard part, trying to get to the gravity lift and into the ship.
Mostly because of the spaced out checkpoints that made it hard to fight for outdoor combat. The hardest part though was the area before the gravity lift and the gravity lift area. The main problem was I kept running out of sniper rifle ammunition, so I had to resort to other weapons. But I eventually made it through. The area after the gravity lift was a pretty bad too. Grenades would go off left and right, marines would be flying through the air. Enough to give me flashbacks. Bah!
The shuttle bay was pretty annoying too, but after that it was easier. Damn you Keyes! I'm glad your dead!...Well...maybe I don't mean that...
