Thanks for the info. This is critical to H2V, tech related or not, considering the H2V team has stated that they are basically just waiting for Vista to come out. I expect the release date to be in Febuary or March.

I have had no problems with IE 7, then again I mostly use FireFox, mainly because I am use to it and IE 7 is just a plain rip off of it.

Anyway, I could really care less about when Vista comes out, I wanna know when the price will go down. I'm not going to buy a brand new OS just for a port of the Xbox game I already own. Thats just stupid. Oh and don't give me that map editor crap, because that still doesn't make it worth it. Besides its never good to get an OS when it first comes out, thats just asking for trouble.

1. $100 is a lot of money indeed. [/sarcasm]

2. Map editor crap? Don't refute one of the best reasons to get the game simply because you can't even fathom the possibilities with it. Oh, did we mention H2V will be absent of Optimatch, auto aim, now will have smaller hit boxes, and will fix many glitches, thus making Halo 2 worth buying? The game will finally require some skill to play as well. Also, if you think the map editor itself cannot sell the game, then you obviously know nothing of the custom content that has been produced by the HCE community.

Gaming Systems:
Intel Core i7 720QM (4 cores, 8 threads)
4Gb DDR3-1333mhz
1Gb AMD Radeon HD 4650
Windows 7 64bit

Xbox 360 w/ 20Gb HDD (2008 edition) & XBL Gold.

Seriously, i've been using the betas, the RC1 and now the final version. The final version is very stable and i haven't noticed any bugs whatsoever, works well across the board. Besides, 3/5 glitches/bugs are computer hardware related. Like faulty memory and bad device drivers. You sure you haven't got the RC1 still?

we r?

I have no bugs with SBC Yahoo! Browser, it works well, I like it

go to microsoft.com and click "get ready for vista", run the program under "evaluate your pc" and it tells you if your computer can run vista, I found out I need a new sound card and current programs now on my pc won't run on Vista, such as Norton Internet Security

Personaly I can get vista in december because my mom works at Yale and there probably going to upgrade there computers then, the'll give here the DVD to update her home PC, then I'll just sneak it by her and instal it on mine when she's not looking.

I wonder if the Wolf thinks the Moon listens when he howls at it.

the best thing they can do is send out betas like they did with the downloadable beta versions of vista and the whistler cds, which were the beta of xp(i have a like 3 xp betas)
