Ah.....not to brag but I've seen the blacklist screen a few times. It kinda makes me mad that some mods don't give a reason why they BL'd you. It just says "Violated the rules of the forum." Yeah I know that much, but what rule did I break exactly? And they don't give PMs either. And if people don't know what they're BL'd for, then they are extremely likely to make the mistake again.

Ah well we have a new system in place now. We fill out a little form and such, wan't me to demonstrate on you? =)

Heh...
Okay, I'm gonna float an idea here, don't roast me too bad.
How about I make a new account, and a mod 7-days me. How's that sound? Just so we can get a copy of the text? After we're done with it, just delete it. Or would that be too much work for very little gain?

Or I could just tell you that it prompts us with a small dialogue box, we fill in the field that says "blacklist reason" or we can leave it blank, which is the default message you are used to to.

Most of the time I just write "spam" or "disregarding repeated warnings" or "dissin' my junk in my own 'hood". It is nothing amazing.

The same system is used in groups though, just test it out in a group where you have privelidges and cancel the ban, or something.

Meh, I'm not even a member of a group. Can't you just post the default text? I'd like to see it, without getting BL'd.

A Bungie.net Forum Moderator has banned you for violating the code of conduct and/or rules of the forum. You will be unable to contribute to the Bungie.net community for the duration of your ban.

That is the part we can change. That is where we put a reason. The whole text itself is only visible via a blacklisted account.

The text I quoted above is just the bold area of the entire blacklist screen. Just a small part of the blacklist message. It really isn't that interesting though... Nout to discuss about it.

It's just an internet forum, you'll live. Getting banned from real life, now that hurts. (still in high school with -blam!- parents, seriously my dad needs to screw my mom and loosen up)

I have a really simple solution to all of this, dont get banned! I know its a long shot, but in theory it could solve the issue of the offended or uninformed banee!
