Yes you can. You could use microsoft voice recording, a digital recorder hooked to the computer and talk while the video runs and then dub that over, or you could do my fav which is to click the record button in teamspeak, get multiple versions of what you need, and edit. Teamspeak can be pretty clear if the speaker doesnt have the mic jammed in his mouth.
