Heyyo,
I voted no... why? community differences. I hear a lot of bad things about the online community of XBL, and would fear for H2V if it had the same community.
That, and H2V will have some serious modding capabilities. Lots of game creators frown on the idea of modding the software for console, that is why most game mods on console are illegal hacks, so they would pretty much have to revamp Halo2 for xbox in order to get it to work with H2V (my guess is if this idea would come to light, it would be the long-lost idea of Halo 2.5 for XB360).
I'm sure vista will see some game releases that will work with XBL since some features of XBL are intergrated with WinV (XBL anywhere). Remember folks, Halo1 never got MP for XBL, so if H2V doesn't have XBLA compatibility, then it's like the Halo series to do so, so when H3V comes to PC in 2012 it will probably be XBLA compatible. ;)
