Right click My Computer --> Properties.

Go to the Advanced tab, click the "Startup and Recovery" Settings button. Under the "System Failure" frame, make sure "Automatically Restart" has no checkmark in it. Press OK a couple times and you will now have told your computer to sit at an error message long enough to let you read it, instead of restarting and never showing you the valuable troubleshooting message.

When your problem happens again, copy the BSOD message and post it here so we can help you. If your happens at random times, try to reproduce the BSOD multiple times and see if it changes. If it changes, don't bother copying them all down, just note the fact here.
