there is a way to "burn" an image onto your computer, I don't know if it's legal, but if you didn't do that, then, well, to put it politely, you're up -blam!- creek without a paddle

until you get $20 to buy a new one

Ok....

1. You do realize you cant legally burn Halo and give it to your friend....

2. Clean up your -blaming- house and find the CD. It's not like little elves came into your house to steal your Halo CD. It's there.... your just a lazy -blam-!

Try reading the thread. He took the CD out to burn a CD for his friend - not a copy of Halo.

burning makes copies... so like, he BURNED a COPY for his friend, which is quite illegal. unless this friend had the same problem as him, i.e. losing his CD, but had a legal copy of the game.

I was burning a music CD with Itunes

full of breaking benjamin and other wonderful bands :D

but yea, Ive cleaned up my house, but my dads a neat freak, I have a sneaking suspicion he threw it away

Im being honest if no one belives me, I have halo installed, but I cant play it without the CD....

Is there anyway, no illegaly that I can play it without the CD?

Im not really good with techno mumbo jumbo, so If you could provide an easy solution I would really appreciate it

Thanks

Ahh, so you were only pirating music files. They are copyright, even if they're not copy-protected, unless you're the performer.

Now you've been told how to mount a disc image, you can google for more info on where to find the image and how to do it exactly, or you can clean house, or pick through the trash, or reach into your pocket and buy another disc.

On the bright side, if you still have your original serial number, you'll now have 2 if you buy the disc. You can play against a friend legit if you copy the cd or figure out how to mount a dic image.

Wow. Get off his ****ing back. Don't even begin to try to tell me you've never downloaded music. Seriously. Don't. Because we all know it's complete and utter horse ****.

Who gives a flying -blam!- is he is pirating? To be quite -blam!- honest I have never bought a copy of halo in my life.

www.gamecopyworld.com

go there, download the halo image.

the get daemon tools and mount the image onto a virtual drive.

I have an iTunes account and I PAY for my downloads. I've also copied my CD library into iTunes, but I PAID for my CDs.

Besides, I told him where to get what he was looking for, just didn't give him a detailed road map.

Maybe I agree with this guy.
