Who here uses the Friend Indicators in Halo (big green arrows over your teammates heads)?Cos me and my friends dont use them, which increases the chances of friendly fire incidents, and i went to another friends for a good ol' system link and he whined like a baby when we turned em off..... and he killed me a good 9 times.... in one game.......
Normally me and my friends don't use them, but we only do if a noob starts to play on our team. If not he will keep killing his team.
They're fair, just like banshees, snipers, and all that other crap people complain about. Bungie put them in the game for a reason. If you don't want to use them, fine, but they are fair.
My friends and I don't use them, cause we are smart enough to not blow the -blam!- out of each other. If a noob were to join in, we would turn them on so that he doesn't run at us from behind and smack us with his AR (AR cause most real noobs are too dumb to pick up another weapon).
I agree with putting it on for the noobs, but my friend who i mentioned isnt a noob, he introduced me to the game!
Haha - how could Friend Indicators be cheating? Annoying? Perhaps. Unnecessary? Probably. Remedial? Yea. Cheating? Haha, nah.
Hmm, no friend indicators and a TK ban. Nope, they're cheating ;-)
