hey i have a question about overclockng my video card. i was wondering what a safe setting would be? this is the card i have.

I'm a newb myself at this. Just go to the overclocking inteface, accept the terms of agreement thing-a-ma-bobber if you haven't already, and keep adding 1 hertz until you see signs of artifacting. Or something, what the hell do I know?

Your welcome, be warned though, it will decrease the life of your card a lot and it creates a massive amount of heat..

yes. i have heard that. but i have a temp guage on my comp and if it get to hight ill clock it back down till i get more fans. :] i love random almost pointless temp guage.
