Im planning on buying this graphics card so I can play some good games and support vista on my computer, will this graphics card get it done?

Dont bother suggesting any others if not, I dont have more then 90 bucks to spare ; /

Is it even good?

Go to tomshardware.com and check the reviews.
It works pretty well according too the. But you should get a fan for it. Also it is supposed to be pretty wide, so it will probably block any other PCI slots. It is easy to install and should only take about 10 minutes they say

It looks pretty good, but remember when you get a new computer try to get one with AGP or PCI-express slots

The FX5500 (I'm getting it soon), is twice as powerful as the 5200, and only costs 50 buck online/or CompUSA.

Man, you should become more in-tune with the PC gaming world, because compared to today's midrange cards, it clearly isn't.

Dude, that's a crappy card. That's not even remotely close to being a DX9 card, which is the bare minimum you need to run Halo 2 Vista. Just save up immensely on cash, and upgrade to a PCI-Express motherboard and get yourself a GeForce 7950. Seriously.

Yeah its $50 for the AGP version, he needs a PCI card, the PCI version cost $88
The 5200 is $60. I hate not having AGP slots, they are alot cheaper then the PCI ones.

That's true, but I don't think such an uber card like the 7950 will be nessacery...

Chances are it is if you ever want to enjoy any next-generation games and Aero. At least, a GeForce 5200 can't support it.

I'm sorry, but dude, you can't seriously expect to do any serious gaming with a 5200.

Let there be CHAOS!

My 5200 works great for me and it's only 128mb.

Only problem is I have a Celeron processor... so yeahhhh....
