have any of you played bf2 for the pc, i preffered the 36 or 16 anymore and it was too big and too bleh it sucked, but for halo since there maps are smaller 16 has always been a great number and fun. 50 would be to mad to be fun wouldnt be able to move unless you made huge maps like on bf2
and in gears though how awsome it all is, the action of multiplayer is a bit repeptive i think though still great fun :D anyway my oppinion done and dusted

nah,Bungie will stick with 16 player. That's just there thing.Even if by some chance they made it 50 players or more,i'll bet you that most players will stick with sixteen. Most of the time anyway.I too, have dreamed of an epic 25 on 25 last man standing battle. The infinate possiblities for team slayer.CTF.I'd be cool.(very, very cool)With halo 3's all out war, theme,it might make it feel better. But if you look at the current screens, they don't seem to take advantage of so many players. The ammount of players really wouldn't change he graphics any.Just add more connection problems. After playing four on four in Gears for so long, any number beyond that will do for me.

I beg to differ.
Although I'm still really excited about the gameplay possibilities. I was thinking, maybe the game's graphics are low because Halo 3 supports more players. 50 players anyone??? The maps are huge as well, possibly to accompany this.
