because DVDs hold like 4.4GB and CDs hold like 700MB..therefore DVDs cost more and are unnecessary so...waste

The reason halopc is on CD is the reason why CE needed to be built with a differn't map cache system.

Anyway, the cost between a CD and DVD is like, $.67 or something. You arn't realy paying for the materials that create the disc.

But Bungie has to pay for all those millions upon millions of copies to be made.

$.67 x 1,000,000 = $670,000 = A LOT!!!

I was just using a million as a general figure. But who knows, there are a lot of copies of Halo still floating around.
