Yes, I know. That feature is implimented in the entire site aswell. Don't bother asking me if why I know this, let's just say that one of my friends is pretty thick headed.

Oh, I found the perfect example to justify my post. Take the underground for example. In big large all caps typing it states clearly,"THIS IS NOT A HALO BOARD!!!" and yet, it gets thousands of threads related to halo. And inside that sticky, it states clearly what type of threads of halo, go where.

But there still isn't a thread that specifically says "FORUM RULES" in the title.. That's my main point.

True, but if people won't pay attention to a long title of all caps, then they won't pay attention to that.

We already have the Rules in Stickied Form. That is enough. Why are you pushing a change on here so much when the Mods and even the Bungie.net Overlord doesnt want to happen

Y'know, people could just think logically (pardon the pun) and not break rules? How hard is it to be nice, not spam, not ask for CD keys, not post scans...

Personally I think, using simple logic and reading threads like this, which are very obviously displayed, people wouldn't be banned. But we can't force people to read the rules, can we? Those who don't read the rules, or avoid them and act on their own accord don't need sympathy, because they're doing the wrong thing. So what if you missed the rule that says "No spamming"? It was right there, and you broke it. Using common sense, it could have been avoided.

If people don't read the current stickies, what makes you think they're going to read a complicated rule-book?
