ONE WORD -- A - W - E - S - O - M - E !!!!!!!!!!!!
You have sparked some major inspiration.
Stage 4
Atlantis
A human research center at the base of the ocean is where you will battle it out. This human base was created to covertly study and replicate the Covenant technologies. This secret installation was found out by the covenant, and now has made it to the top of the Covenant's raid list. Picture several structures on the sea bed. Each of these structures are connected by glass tunnels or teleporters. Outside these structures are huge lights illuminating the ocean floor. If you do decide you want to go outside the structures, you may do so at your own risk. By risk, I mean that you will run out of air after one minute. Plus you'll also float upwards. But you'll last a lot longer underwater in the Stingray. A covenant sub transporter with duel plasma torpedo action. You can ride these beautiful machines up to the docks of the underwater installations. For the docks, picture the one in the movie Deep Blue Sea. It is a long elevated ramp that goes from outside the water to the interior. There will be some destructable elements and some interactive elements as well. By interactive, I mean that you can purposefully flood and de-flood the glass tunnels between the stations. You can turn off some of the lights outside to make things a whole lot darker--or you can blow them up. There will be some places where you can venture outside the stuctures and float up to entrances of other structures. Capture the flag at Atlantis would rock! I'm thinking that there should be 7 underwater buildings in all. One would be a gigantic 3 story structure in the middle of the map. Lots of staircases. Picture the stair case in the first stage of halo one. That room was only two stories high, and kinda small. Mine is 3 stories and is more like 3 times as large too. You can exit and enter this room from several directions. Four glass tunnels branch off this building. They go to four other underwater structures--all unique, and all about a third of the size of the main gigantic building. If you connected the buildings from a topographical view with straight lines, they would make two diamonds which shared the gigantic building as one of their corners. The two ends of the diamonds farthest apart from each other, would be the flag barring buildings. Each building in this world would have several huge windows to view the ocean bed. You could gaze at the passing schools of fish which scramble when you shoot at the bullet-proof window, or you can spy enemy action that is taking place on a nearby neighboring structure. When you are outside you can move around covertly. Let me stress this point, because it will be worth your time to venture outside the safety of the underwater compound. Just be careful when you have the flag, because it floats as well. When you drop it, you could lose it. But you could drop it under one of the second story entrances to some of the structures where you have teammates waiting. This stage would be so fun. I especially like the underwater vehicles. Thanks for sparking these ideas SuperSniper, because I believe this might be the best map yet.

Ok heres my latest idea one underwater human city and one covenant cruiser. The city is about half a mile underwater and the cruiser is floating on the surface. The city would be almost leveled and what wasnt destroyed in the covnant raid can be toppeled (100% destuctable enviorment). The main mode of transportation would be small 1-2 person subs and teleporters. The covnant cruiser would have many points of entry some out of and under water. Insted of having to cross a feild or make your way through a forest you would have to go up and down creating spectaculer underwater battles. Well thats my idea any modifications/suggestions praise and whatever the antonym of praise is, is welcome.
