Okay, I'll make this short and simple. Can you delete a Security Role setting in a group?

Yes...
And if not, just don't give anyone that role.

Do you know how?

You can't. Just don't give anyone that rank.

SPOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOON!

You can only have 15 security roles, and you can't delete tham after you've made them. All you can do is modify the title and the security permissions to something that you can use, or never give that old rank to any members.

There isn't much point to it. I just change ones I don't use/need to something like Spare Rank 07

For the record, i'd piss my self silly if there was an Armatik action figure.

Nothing to complain about, just don't use the damned thing.

-Quaere verum.

You should be careful about what you're saying here. You can change a security role setting. Simply edit a security role and choose the new powers or name you want for that role. However, as has already been said, you cannot delete a security role as a whole.

Read about the Forgotten Spartan I Program
Butane: To protect the world from devastation!
sir_brilliant: To unite all people within our nation!
Rainman89: To denounce the evils of truth and love!
sir_brilliant: To extend out reach to the stars above!
SpaceGhostFlyer: Jessie!
Butane: James!
sir_brilliant: Team Rocket blasting off at the speed of light
Butane: Surrender now or prepare to fight
sir_brilliant: Meowth, that's right!

Darn you GP, and your knowledge of the english language.

And yeah, why not just edit it into a new role?

No, you can't delete an already made rank. That would be nice, but you can't. If your having trouble, either give it a different name, or think of a place or person you can use it on.

Why don't you just give me ONE SECOND!

No, you can't. Just take all the powers away, and call it "blank" or something. Don't give it to anyone. Unless, someone who is very active in the group requests a custom rank. I gave a custom rank to one of my friends, using that blank one. :)

How many times does he need to be told? Guys come on, think, bumping the topic with the exact same answer 8 times in a row won't help him anymore than the first person has.
